Telephony providers can be natively integrated with Chakra. This allows you to do the following with your telephony providers

make outbound calls
receive incoming calls
receive connections from auto-dial campaigns
dispose calls directly from Chakra

Following are the currently supported telephony providers:

Ameyo
CZentrix
Twilio
Exotel
