Create Broadcast Campaign

Boradcast campaigns are how you can send messages in bulk to multiple contacts in a single go. Follow the steps below to create a broadcast campaign

• Go the campaigns page
• Click "Create Campaign"
• Provide a campaign name
• Select Blast/Broadcast Campaign
• Choose a channel - Email or Whatsapp
• Select relevant plugin
• Choose relevant template and fill out associated config
• Select Audience
  • Manually enter phone numbers or email addresses
  • Or filter from existing leads
• Launch
